Shipping + Pick up

 

Peterborough: Orders marked as Store Pick-up can be collected anytime and are usually ready within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder for pick-up confirmation emails which contain the address details. 

If you prefer delivery (for orders over $50) within Peterborough, please leave a note at checkout or send us a quick email and we'll get your order to you within 2 days. Please specify where items can be left safely at your home as we cannot commit to specific delivery times. 

Lettermail shipping is available on request. If an order can be sent by lettermail (usually one item such as a thin book, a t-shirt or one pair of leggings) I will email you to confirm which shipping you prefer and will refund the difference. Please note lettermail shipping does not have tracking and can only be used within Canada. 

Ontario: Within Ontario delivery is free for orders over $120, and $14 for orders under $120. If your order is under $120, simply type HOLD in the discount code box to remove the shipping charge. We will ship your order once you have reached $120 and we will provide you with tracking once your order has shipped. 

Rest of Canada outside of Ontario including the US: In the rest of Canada and the US, delivery is free for orders over $150(CAD for CA, USD for US), and $18 for orders under $150. If your order is under $150, type HOLD in the discount code box to remove the shipping charge. We will ship your order once you have reached the $150 and will provide you with tracking once your order has shipped. US customers, please note you will be responsible for any duty and customs fees that might apply. 

Rest of the world: We are happy to ship anywhere in the world but will have to create a custom quote for shipping, so please email us. Please note you will be responsible for any duty and customs fees that might apply. 

Packaging

Not only are our clothes preloved, but most of the packaging we use has been used before, and we encourage you to use them again. 

Returns

All items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchange. We encourage you to gift, donate or resell any item that does not work for you. If you have any issues with an item, please don't hesitate to email anytime. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any missing items after we deliver the order to your door or once shipped out.
